Fat dissolving injections
I'll' be honest, I trained in this treatment years ago, but never felt comfortable treating anyone because the swelling and discomfort was significant with the particular brand I'd trained in. I therefore retrained in a newer generation product (Cincelar Plus) that has very minimal downtime and is more or less pain free (I'm talking tiny little injections). It permanently destroys fat cells and also has a skin tightening agent.
It's a brilliant treatment for those stubborn areas of fat that are difficult to budge. However please be aware that it is not a 'quick fix' or a replacement for a healthy lifestyle, and as Registered Nurse I have a duty to ensure I assess your suitability and for treatment.

Fat-dissolving injections are an effective non-surgical option for body contouring, targeting localised areas of fat which are difficult to reduce through diet and exercise. The clever compounds work to break down the membranes of fat cells beneath the skin. The process of cell breakdown happens over approximately 4 weeks and is called ‘Lipolysis. Cincelar+ is a new generation fat-dissolving solution based on Deoxychloic Acid, and unlike other products on the market the discomfort, downtime and swelling are very minimal, and it also contains VitaminB2 and Carnitine which aid the fat melting process and provide a skin tightening element and improve cellulite. Results following a course can be permanent. Common areas treated include submental fat around the jawline (double chin), pockets of fat around the abdomen/tummy area, outer/inner thighs, flanks, legs and arms.
Results are accumulative within 1-4 weeks +.
2-3 treatments likely sufficient for chin/jaw area. Body treatments may need up to 6 sessions. Treatments can be done 4 weekly (maximum of 6 times in same area in 24 weeks). Aftercare is essential; mainly staying as hydrated as possible, avoiding diuretics and massaging the area daily as explained by your Nurse.
